GRILLED GRAPEFRUIT |

INGREDIENTS:

3 large ripe grapefruit
Demerara sugar (1 teaspoon per person)
Dried Ginger
Stone's Original Ginger Wine (1 tablespoon per grapefruit)

Halve each grapefruit, cut out pith centre and carefully cut fruit away from the skin
and down segments. Sprinkle a heaped teaspoon of demerara sugar over each half and grill
until the sugar has melted (4/5 minutes under a hot grill).
Add a tablespoon of Stone's Original Ginger Wine to each half and serve immediately. A pinch of
dried ginger may also be added.
Serves 6.
