RICE WINE VINEGAR AND GINGER DRESSING |

INGREDIENTS: |
2 tbsp Stone's Original Ginger Wine
2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1 tsp Caster sugar
1 small Shallot (minced or very finely chopped)
5 Spring onions

Shake all the ingredients together in a jar.
Use over a cucumber salad and garnish with spring onions.
Serves 5.
