SESAME, LIME AND GINGER DRESSING FOR THAI SALADS |

INGREDIENTS: |
6 tbsp Stone's Original Ginger Wine
6 tbsp Sesame oil
6 tbsp Fresh lime juice
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 Small red chilli (de-seeded & finely chopped)
5 tbsp Runny honey
2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Mix together all the ingredients excluding the sesame seeds.
Use over a salad of mixed Thai vegetables such as baby sweetcorn, sweet peppers, spring onions and broccoli spears.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salad and serve.
Serves 6.
